Wi-Fi Connection

Some features on our units require a Wi-Fi connection, including Internet browsing, the Google Play Store, and apps downloaded from the Play Store.

You can connect to Wi-Fi by:

  • Using a mobile hotspot from your smartphone, or

  • Purchasing a built-in hotspot from your cellular service provider.

Please note: Our units are not pre-equipped with Internet Service. Wi-Fi or Mobile data(Sim) is required for some application.

Wi-Fi Connection Troubleshooting

  1. Go to SettingsMore Settings and make sure Wi-Fi is turned ON.

  2. Ensure the Wi-Fi antenna is securely screwed into the correct port for Px3 and Px6 units.

    • The Wi-Fi and GPS antenna ports look very similar.

    • The Wi-Fi antenna port is located above the GPS antenna port.

  3. Make sure your phone’s Mobile Hotspot is turned ON.

  4. Confirm your phone is discoverable to other devices.

If the issue persists, please contact our Technical Support Department for further assistance.
