- Here is the picture of the cables we will equip:
- The factory backup camera connection: Please make sure you have connected the factory LVDS(bright red connector) to the back of the unit(red port), and connect male RCA labeled 'Camera' from the canbus board and female RCA labeled 'CCD Camera'. Do NOT use the 'CAMERA' male RCA coming from the vehicle directly.
- The main harness for 2022 and later model years may need a different one
- No sound issue: Please make sure your OEM unit works fine, and watch the installation video to check the wiring connection first, if still does not work, please take some pictures of your wiring connection and send an email to contact us for help.
- Beeping sound issue: Please send a picture of the system information to us for getting the Simplecan update.
- Screen rotation issue: Please contact us for getting the import file settings.
